We learnt that S.I. unit of W is Joules.
. Then we explained Energy and its two major forms. We discussed about Kinetic Energy and Potential with their Significance.Kinetic energy is the energy possessed by an object because of its motion whereas Potential Energy is possessed by object because of its position.
