This video contains the explanation of Chapter -7 of class 9th , Classification of organism. Here we study about Taxonomy, classification, Basis of classification, types of classification and Kingdoms. We studied that classification is done majorly on the basis of type of cell – prokaryotic or eukaryotic.2. Type of body structure – unicellular or multicellular. 3. On the basis of food – hetro or autotrophs.

Based on these characteristics – there are 5 kingdoms1. Monera- prokaryotic, unicellular, auto or hetro2.Protista – eukaryotic, unicellular, auto or hetro3.Fungi – eukaryotic, multicellular, parasitic4. Plantae – eukaryotic, multicellular, autotrophs5 Animalia – eukaryotic, multicellular, hetrotrophs.
